Cancellation Policy

At Arose Aesthetics and Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide every client with exceptional, personalized care. To respect both our clients and provider schedule, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.


Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.


No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) may be charged:

  • A cancellation fee of up to $100, or
  • Loss of deposit/package session

Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve.


Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are:

  • Applied toward your scheduled treatment
  • Non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows
  • Transferable one time if rescheduled with proper notice

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled clients.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee.


Courtesy & Emergencies

We understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Exceptions may be considered at the provider’s discretion.
